YouTubesday: The Oregon Duck – Gangnam Style Parody

Unless you’ve been hiding out in the mountains for the past few weeks, you’ve probably seen the Gangnam Style video and been aware of the start of college football season (the best season of them all). This Gangnam Style tribute by the University of Oregon fuses the two into a beautiful marriage of Koreany-mascoty fun.

All I gotta say is Mizzou needs to step it up, because right now we’ve only got terribly embarrassing music videos made by students.

YouTubesday: Portal: No Escape (Live Action Short Film by Dan Trachtenberg)

I’m going to try this new thing where every Tuesday I post a YouTube video I find interesting, funny, or weird (I end up on the weird part of YouTube a lot, OK?).

Today, enjoy “Portal: No Escape (Live Action Short Film by Dan Trachtenberg).”  It’s a fan-made short film based in the universe of the Portal games.  Do yourself a favor and watch in full screen HD.

I think I can safely speak for everyone in saying, this needs to be a movie.

The been had feud

It all started with a video (this post is going to be YouTube heavy).

Ju from D4L (the guys that did the “Laffy Taffy” song) posted “Been Counting Money”:
Where he coins the phrase “been had money” over and over again.

A young, nerdy guy named Cody Clarke decided to one up Ju with his own version, “Been Had Movies”:

Where he shows off his plentiful collection of DVDs.
